Comic Relief

"I am very excited, it's a brilliant charity that always does something different to make it fun and relevant and never ceases to surprise."

Comic Relief is coming up again soon and this year, Mika was asked by Vivienne Westwood to model one of the t-shirts she has designed for the charity.

She’s created a range especially for TK Maxx in aid of Comic Relief, you can see them in stores and online now so check them out! The whole shoot was a lot of fun, have a look at this video and see some of the people who took part…

如果大家以前有上過Mikasounds.com，都會知道有個叫Mika's Magic Numbers嘅遊戲畀網頁會員儲分換獎。
早前MIKA終於宣佈呢個遊戲要關閉喇；為咗答謝Mika's Magic Numbers最高分數得主，MIKA特登開左一個Secret Live Show畀佢地。
呢個就係喺現場拍低Mika表演嘅video！

If anyone of you have been to Mikasounds.com, you must be familiar with the "Mika's Magic Numbers" game, which was closed last year.
To thank the highest scorers, Mika held a secret gig few days ago, played a beautiful acoustic set.

冇錯！除咗Love Today同Grace Kelly之外，Mika當時重同老友The Gossip主唱Beth Ditto合唱佢哋嘅Standing In The Way Of Control添！
既然都聽開，就聽埋原曲啦！X)

Yes! Mika also sang a duet with Beth Ditto, of rock band The Gossip's Standing In The Way Of Control that night!

Happy Birthday to Cherisse Osei the drummer

Mika就熟喇，但大家對佢隊band既成員又有幾多認識呢？
趁今日佢鼓手Cherisse Osei生日，我地就認識下佢啦！

We are all already very familiar with Mika, but how much do you know about his band?
Let's know a little bit more about his drummer Cherisse Osei, on her birthday today!

Cherisse Osei（全名Cherisse Ofosu Osei）自12歲開始開始打鼓，曾參與不同風格的音樂工作和演出，包括流行音樂（Pop）、搖滾（Rock）、R&B、爵士樂（Jazz）、Blues和Heavy Metal。
Cherisse Osei在2004-2006年，與Molly Mcqueen曾是Polydor Records旗下，Pop/ Punk搖滾樂隊The Faders的成員。
除了打鼓外Cherisse也當過5年的結他手和主唱/ 和音。
而現在則是英國歌手Mika的鼓手，一直隨他灌錄唱片和到各地巡迴演出。

Cherisse Osei (Cherisse Ofosu Osei) has been drumming since the age of 12.
Music style – wide ranging from Pop, Rock, RnB, Jazz, Blues and Heavy metal.
She has experienced recording in the studio – have done a variety of session work.
She was part of a pop/punk/rock band called The Faders from 2004-2006 with Molly Mcqueen. Were signed to Polydor Records UK.

She has played Guitar for about 5 years + voice.
She recently drums for British pop-star Mika's studio records and playing shows with him.
